Can I fill some pages in during pregnancy and others after birth?
Yes — that’s exactly how it’s designed. Pages 3–8 are for during pregnancy. Pages 9–20 are filled in around and after birth. It naturally progresses with you.
What paper size should I use?
Each language folder includes A4 (210 × 297 mm) for Europe and most of the world, and US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) for North America. Use whichever suits your printer.
Can I print this more than once?
Yes — for personal household use, you may print as many copies as you need. This is useful if you want a copy for yourself and one to gift, for example. Resale and redistribution of the files are not permitted.
